Buyer (Subscriber): The natural or legal person whose identity and contact details are stated in the account and order (checkout) information on the Service.

2. Subject

This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the Bakiyem subscription plan selected by the Buyer electronically on bakiyem.net, in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Service Subject to the Agreement

  • The service is a digital, cloud-based subscription (SaaS): access to the Bakiyem jewelry accounting and automation software with the modules and limits of the selected plan.
  • Plan name, subscription period (monthly/yearly), features and the total price including taxes are displayed to the Buyer on the checkout page before payment and are deemed part of this Agreement.
  • Current plan descriptions and prices are published on the pricing page.

4. Payment

  • Payment is collected online by credit/debit card via the licensed payment institution iyzico, or by bank transfer (havale/EFT). Card details are processed by iyzico; the Seller does not store full card data.
  • Subscriptions renew at the end of each period unless cancelled; the applicable fee for the new period is charged as announced on the pricing page.
  • Where a discount coupon is applied, the discounted total shown at checkout is charged.

5. Delivery / Performance

The service is delivered electronically and instantly: the subscription is activated on the Buyer's account immediately after the payment is confirmed (for bank transfers, after the transfer is verified during business hours). No physical delivery is made.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer may withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from its conclusion without giving any reason, by contacting destek@bakiyem.net.
  • Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and to instantly-performed digital content/services. By approving activation of the subscription at checkout, the Buyer acknowledges this exception.
  • Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the payment received is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Obligations of the Buyer

  • The Buyer confirms having read and accepted the plan features, total price and this Agreement before payment.
  • The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the account, billing and contact information provided.
  • Use of the service is also subject to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

8. Obligations of the Seller

  • The Seller activates the subscription as described in Section 5 and provides the service in accordance with the plan features announced.
  • The Seller provides support through the in-app/website support system and destek@bakiyem.net.

9. Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's domicile are competent within the monetary limits announced annually; otherwise Antalya courts have jurisdiction.

10. Effectiveness

This Agreement is deemed concluded and effective when the Buyer approves the order and payment electronically at checkout. A copy of this Agreement can be accessed on this page at any time.
