This policy explains how you can cancel your Bakiyem subscription and under which conditions payments are refunded. It applies together with the Distance Sales Agreement and the Terms of Service.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
- You can cancel at any time by contacting destek@bakiyem.net or by opening a support ticket in your account.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan remains active until the end of the already-paid period, and you can keep using the Service until then.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
- As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by e-mailing destek@bakiyem.net from your registered address.
- Because the subscription is a digital service performed instantly upon activation with your approval, the statutory exception in Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts may apply once the service has started. In practice: if you have not meaningfully used the paid features, we refund the payment in full upon a withdrawal request made within 14 days.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card refunds via iyzico; bank-transfer payments to the sender's IBAN) within 14 days of approval.
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- For yearly plans cancelled mid-period outside the withdrawal window, refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis for the unused full months, less any discounts conditioned on yearly commitment.
4. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
- Periods already used (elapsed subscription time);
- Requests made after the subscription period has ended;
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
5. Service Failure
If the Service was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact us; verified cases are compensated by extending the subscription or refunding the affected period.
6. How to Request
Send your request with your registered e-mail address and, if available, the payment date/plan to destek@bakiyem.net or via the support system. Requests are answered within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days.
