This page explains how to request deletion of your Bakiyem account and the personal data associated with it. This is consistent with our Privacy Policy.
1. What gets deleted
When your deletion request is verified and processed, we delete the following data linked to your account:
- Account information (name, email, company name, password hash, app access token);
- Customer / contact (cari) records and balances;
- Transactions, receipts and cash/ledger entries;
- Stock and product cards;
- Workshop / work-order records and reports;
- Support tickets and message history.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. How to request deletion
You can use any of the following methods:
- The form below — submit your registered email address.
- By email — write to destek@bakiyem.net from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion”.
- From the app — if you can sign in, you may also request deletion from your account settings.
3. Timeline & retention
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained only where required by legal obligations (e.g., accounting/tax law); such data is securely deleted once the obligation ends.
